12 Week Wildland Firefighter Off-Season PT Plan [PDF]
This program consists of three 4 week mesocycles with a blend of strength, power, work capacity, and endurance training sessions.
This program is a perfect example of Rugged Periodization programming that utilizes Periodize the Suck methodology to build physical and mental resiliency.
In addition to the 12 week PT plan, this PDF also includes:
