All training programs are app based where you can track your sessions and see video demonstrations of each exercise prescribed.


rugged athlete project

This training program runs continuously. It includes strength/power training sessions, MetCons, aerobic development sessions, and more. This program is where I use my most creative training program ideas to make a super fun and challenging program to follow.


Pre-Fire academy training program

This 8 week program is a combination of strength training sessions, core specific sessions, work capacity sessions, and aerobic capacity sessions. This program is for an individual with a beginner-moderate training background who is preparing to attend a fire academy.


 

Hybrid tactical athlete

This 12 week hybrid program blends all aspects of physical performance needed by tactical athletes including max strength, power, anaerobic conditioning, aerobic conditioning, and rucking.


marathon prep running plan

This 16 week running plan combines progressive zone 2 sessions, threshold sessions, and long aerobic runs. If you’re an athlete who needs a structured, daily running plan to prep you for a race, or you just want to build a robust aerobic engine, this program is for you.
